Pearl Beach Villas are the owners and administrators of Sunset Villa. We are a family run business specialising in letting this newly built villas in on the West coast Mauritius. Sunset Villa is situated in the residential village of Morcelement Anna in Flic-en-Flac, which is on the West coast of Mauritius. The west coast is thriving with new businesses and developments. Our new villa overlooks the never-ending stretches of the ocean and features six fully furnished bedrooms, two of which are en suite. There are bathrooms and toilets on both floors, a fully fitted kitchen, a lounge, a dining room, and an entertainment room.
The front of the house features a two car garage and access to the back/side garden. There is a gate which secures the property accompanied by a high end security system which links to the nearest police station (which is approximately 5 minutes away). The design of the ground floor allow easy accessibility for wheelchairs and push chairs. However please not there are steps on the front pation to enter the rear garden area.
